Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of thinkablesystems.com and the Thinkable Systems assistant service, provided by Thinkable Group. By booking a setup call or using the service, you agree to them.
The service
We design, set up, and maintain a branded AI assistant trained on your own material. Setup is a one-time engagement. Management is an ongoing monthly service that covers hosting, monitoring, updates to your answers, and support.
Who can use it
You must be able to enter into a contract, and you must have the right to use the material you give us to train the assistant.
Fees
- Setup. €497 one-time, for the done-for-you build.
- Management. €19 per month, for hosting, monitoring, updates, and support.
AI usage runs on your own account. The assistant uses your own AI account and API key. Those usage costs are billed to you by your AI provider, are usually a few euros a month, and we set a spend cap on the first day. We are not responsible for your provider's charges, and we help you keep them capped.
Your content and ownership
You own the material you provide and the resulting assistant configuration and data. You can ask for an export, or end the service, at any time. We claim no ownership of your content, and we do not use it to train anything outside your own assistant.
Our materials
The website, our methods, and any tooling we provide to run the service remain ours.
Acceptable use
You will not use the assistant for unlawful, harmful, or deceptive purposes. You are responsible for the answers it gives to your clients, including reviewing and approving them as your program evolves.
Third-party services
The service relies on third parties such as your AI provider, our hosting, and the booking tool. Their own terms apply to their parts of the service, and we are not liable for their outages, changes, or charges.
Disclaimers
We provide the service with reasonable care and skill. The assistant produces automated responses, and it is built to hand the important conversations back to you. It supports your coaching. It does not replace the professional judgment you give your clients.
Changes
We may update the service or these terms. If we make a material change, we will update the date above. Continued use means you accept the change.
